These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ember Shoals website (embershoals.com) and your stay at the Ember Shoals resort, operated by WRLV LLC. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations & Payment

All reservations require a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on reservation type and season. Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Confirmed reservations are governed by the rates in effect at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations are subject to the Ember Shoals Cancellation Policy (link here). By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, staff, and the property. Ember Shoals reserves the right to remove any guest from the property without refund for behavior that is disruptive, threatening, abusive, or in violation of property policies. This includes but is not limited to violation of quiet hours, excessive noise, harassment of staff or other guests, or damage to property.

Property Rules

  • Speed limit on property is 8 MPH

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Open fires permitted in designated fire pits only

  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited on property

  • Firearms must be stored secured and unloaded in your vehicle or unit at all times

  • Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party, including children

Damage & Liability

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property, site, or unit caused by themselves, members of their party, or their pets during their stay. Damage charges will be applied to the card on file. Ember Shoals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during your stay. Guests assume all risk associated with outdoor activities including fishing, boating, and use of the river.

Fishing & Outdoor Activities

Fishing on or near the White River is subject to Arkansas Game & Fish Commission regulations. It is the guest's responsibility to obtain a valid Arkansas fishing license before fishing. Ember Shoals is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during fishing, guided trips, or other outdoor activities on or off property.

Website Use

The content on embershoals.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of WRLV LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up to date but make no warranties regarding its completeness or accuracy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from your use of the website or your stay at Ember Shoals will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baxter County, Arkansas.
