RV Sites

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Cabins

Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Holiday & Peak Season Reservations

Reservations made during holiday weekends and peak season dates require 30 days notice for a full refund, less the processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival during these periods are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email address] or managed directly through your Campspot reservation portal. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Modifications

Reservation modifications (date changes, unit changes) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival for RV sites and 14 days prior for cabins. Modifications within these windows will be treated as cancellations.

Early Departures

Early departures are non-refundable. If you need to leave before your scheduled checkout date, please notify the front desk. No refund will be issued for unused nights.

Weather Policy

We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions. The White River and the Ozarks are beautiful in every season — we encourage you to come prepared and enjoy it.
